I put a garbage bag out at the end of my driveway. I am not happy because this has been about the 4th time they haven't taken my garbage.

I was very happy with my dumpster rental. It was placed exactly where I wanted it, that allowed me to access it from 3 different exits of my place. Tracy was fantastic at the delivery. And the dumpster was removed without evidence that it had even been there. Well worth the fee. Highly recommended by myself.
Great value for residential pickup. I wish the truck was bigger though and more accessible, as I think that's why they don't always take everything at the curb. Heaving it over the top isn't the easiest thing versus the traditional truck where you throw it in the back.
What they do is want you to order a dumpster a week in advance then when the day comes they don’t show up. See when you take the day off of work to be there when they come to show them where to put the dumpster and they don’t show up at all that tends to piss people off even though I called twice then a third to finally tell them it never showed up and cancel it. You’re better off ordering from Shank. And when I called the women told me that they have other customers as if I’m not a customer myself. A simple phone call from the company to explain why they haven’t showed up yet goes a long way but nope I was left in the dark until 8 pm when the driver called to say he’s on his way. Buy that time I was already home from being at the location for 11 hours waiting for something that was never going to show up. The driver told me they had cancellations because of the rain although there wasn’t a cloud in the sky all day. If you’re the little guy and not a construction company you get thrown on the back burner. Obviously you’re not as important as a business and you’re money is no good. Call Shank!!!
